Synopsis: Code: Blue tests the robot policeman Officer ZERO, but the robot malfunctions with tragic results. Meanwhile, Eric tries to free Kevin from a drug-addled Bobby Steele, but Kevin talks Bobby down compassionately; when Thunderstrike bursts in threatening Bobby, Kevin sternly reprimands the hero, calling him a bully.
