Lance meets Kim and Biff marveling over the news that former resident and well known celebrity, King Costain, is returning for a visit to town. Lance is suspicious of just why he is coming to town, but soon enough a criminal called The King moves in to take over the rackets, and Captain Triumph vows to learn the truth of what is going on.
