Synopsis: Tubby has to spend the night in an old deserted house to gain membership in the Block-Busters Club. Sheepishly he approaches the house, then enters as the floor gives way and he ends in the cellar. There he finds crooks printing counterfeit bills. Eluding capture, he runs back to get Tommy and Toughy. They don their crime-fighting costumes and capture the crooks as they are making their escape.

Junior reads books on how to commit crimes, and embarks on a series of minor thefts, of pearls, jewelry and cash. Terry dons his Mr. Terrific togs and spies Junior trying to hide his swag. But a masked man snatches the loot and knocks Mr. Terrific unconscious. When he comes to he accuses Captain Shaw of being the villain.
