All in favor of having me step down as the chief executive and commanding officer of the two branches the two branches of the Avengers -- signify by saying "Aye."
Cap is demoralized after the way that the Avengers handled Galactic Storm, and he questions his place with the team. Clint takes him to a bar to cheer him up, and Tony swings by to have a heart-to-heart. Cap feels better. Crossbones traps Diamondback in an underground bunker.
