There are no official credits for writer Vic Lockman and artist Paul Murry in the issue's "Credits" box. It merely says: "Story and art Unknown". However, their credits DO actually appear elsewhere in the book...

...Within the issue's preview/promo page titled "Between the Lines", under the entry for Goofy Adventures #15, it says: Story by VIC LOCKMAN / Art by PAUL MURRY" - with the creators' names in all caps.

Per the "Credits" box, colorist Carl Gafford is the only officially credited creator for this story.

"Sign of the Times": Page 13, panel 1: A highway speed limit sign that said "65 MPH" in the original 1960s printing has been changed to "55 MPH" for this 1991 printing.

A new Super Goof logo and story title font replaces that of the original Gold Key/Western Publishing version.

Writer Vic Lockman makes reference to Poughkeepsie, New York (the location of [original publisher] Western Publishing's printing facilities) when Super Goof starts his journey back to Earth from the planet of the Koolots, and heads in the wrong direction:

KRAIGY KOOLOT: "But Earth is that way!"
SUPER GOOF: "Whoops! Thanky kindly! I never DID study interplanetary geography! I can't even find Poughkeepsie on a map!"

"Kraigy Koolot" might also be a reference to Lockman's editor at Western, Chase Craig.

Promo page highlighting the Disney Comics titles on sale in August 1991.

Issues listed: Chip 'n' Dale Rescue Rangers #12, Donald Duck Adventures #15, DuckTales #15, Goofy Adventures #15 [this issue], Junior Woodchucks #2 (of 4), Mickey Mouse Adventures #15, Roger Rabbit #15, Roger Rabbit's Toontown #1, Tale Spin #3, Uncle Scrooge #257, Walt Disney's Comics and Stories #562, Walt Disney's Summer Fun #1.

For Goofy Adventures #15, the ad copy states: "'Super Goof vs. the Cold Ray!' By popular demand -- another all Super Goof issue. It's summer. It's hot. So why is everybody turning up frozen? It's up to the World's Silliest Super Hero to find out why. Story by VIC LOCKMAN / Art by PAUL MURRY"

...This is where the writer and artist credits omitted from the "Credits" box appear. And it is technically not "another all Super Goof issue" given the presence of the "Goofy Look at Sleep" backup.

Between pages 6 and 7 of previous story.
