There are no official credits for writer Vic Lockman and artist Paul Murry in the issue's "Credits" box. It merely says: "Story and art Unknown". However, their credits DO actually appear elsewhere in the book...
...Within the issue's preview/promo page titled "Between the Lines", under the entry for Goofy Adventures #15, it says: Story by VIC LOCKMAN / Art by PAUL MURRY" - with the creators' names in all caps.
Per the "Credits" box, colorist Carl Gafford is the only officially credited creator for this story.
"Sign of the Times": Page 13, panel 1: A highway speed limit sign that said "65 MPH" in the original 1960s printing has been changed to "55 MPH" for this 1991 printing.
A new Super Goof logo and story title font replaces that of the original Gold Key/Western Publishing version.
Writer Vic Lockman makes reference to Poughkeepsie, New York (the location of [original publisher] Western Publishing's printing facilities) when Super Goof starts his journey back to Earth from the planet of the Koolots, and heads in the wrong direction:
KRAIGY KOOLOT: "But Earth is that way!"
SUPER GOOF: "Whoops! Thanky kindly! I never DID study interplanetary geography! I can't even find Poughkeepsie on a map!"
"Kraigy Koolot" might also be a reference to Lockman's editor at Western, Chase Craig.
