Lefty Louie and his gang are hiding out in the town and frame Stretch for a robbery. Ted intervenes as Wildcat, but gives way to the law. Louie and his men rob the bank while Hawkins is in the ring with the champ, but are spotted. With the aid of Wildcat, Hawkins captures the crooks.
