Similar art to the credited pencil work on Manhunter stories in Police Comics #37-#59 by Peter Riss. He is only credited on inking this feature, so Jerry Bails' Who's Who may have mixed up pencils and ink, as the inking does not match his signed story in My Romantic Adventures #56. The rather unique way of hovering when punched on the jaw can be found in some 12 of those Manhunter stories.

Originally credited "Sam Citron ?" Some faces on page 3 and 4 have the look of Pete Riss, V-shaped with eyes a bit far apart, and also very static expressions and movements. This art is very similar to his credited pencils on many credited Manhunter stories in Police Comics #37-#59, like the "flying" knocked "up" crook on page 5.
