Artist Thomas Yeates recalled working, not from a formal comics script (there was none), but from a Disney-provided transcript of the Captain EO motion picture’s vocal soundtrack, and from his own multiple viewings of the motion picture. Yeates made his own decisions regarding panel content, breakdowns, and text placement (2023).

In a note in this issue, Ray Zone thanked Cardwell, Carter, and Rupkalvis “for their work on the 3-D conversion of this book.”
