Synopsis:
As the hearing continues, the Wizard is called in as a prosecution witness. He claims that what was written in Batman's diary is indeed true, since he was somehow in the area when these traitorous actions happened. However, his testimony is shot down by Helena Wayne through the testimony of Robotman (in Chuck Grayson’s body) and others, as well as evidence refuting where the Wizard was at the time. When the Wizard tries to escape, Dr. Fate stops him using his own magic, as another foe far away is seeing the hearing on TV and realizes that he needs to make his move against the JSA soon.
