The first page is from a pin-up of Torquemada that appeared at the end of 2000 AD #184, pages 2-7 are from 2000 AD #167, pages 8-11 are from 2000 AD #178 and pages 12-14 are from 2000 AD #179.

Pages 1-4 are from 2000 AD #222, pages 5-8 are from 2000 AD #223, pages 9-12 are from 2000 AD #224 but the last page is merged with the first of the next issue so pages 12-15 are from 2000 AD #225 and, finally, pages 16-18 are from 2000 AD #226, but with two pages merged to reduce the original 4 pages in only 3.
