Continued from Wolverine/Shi: Dark Night of Judgment #nn. Story reaches an indecisive conclusion and invites the reader to continue the battle using the "Battlebook" game system (something impossible to do with only one comic).

Beau Smith is not credited anywhere in this issue, but was credited as co-writer with Billy Tucci in the aforementioned issue/story, so it's probable that he is also co-writer for this continuation.

Battlebooks is actually an interactive game where each player has a Battlebook character comic and the players use a card bound into the center of the comic as well as the individual comic pages to try and "KO" their opponant. Each page is a full pin-up of the character complete with dialogue captions, game instructions and a game table to figure out results for the round and ultimately determine a winner.
