Disclose Notes: This is an exact duplicate of the original Daredevil #1 (1964 series) except it is a mini comic. This comic is part of a set of 7. They came in a plastic sleeve with a keychain attached and a card with the title of the mini comic. On the back of the card it said; "MARVEL Mini Comic Book Keychain, Collector's Size, Full Length Edition". Other comics in the set are Fantastic Four #1 (1961 series), X-Men #1 (1963 series), Incredible Hulk #34 (2000 series), Ultimate Spider-Man #1 (2000 series), Spider-Girl #1 (1998 series), Avengers #4 (1963 series). Cover is reprinted on the back.

Synopsis: Matt Murdock saves a blind man from an oncoming truck but is struck blind himself by a radioactive canister during the rescue. The radioactivity heightens Matt's other senses and gives him an uncanny radar sense. Matt graduates college and begins practicing law with his college roommate Foggy. Matt's father, a boxer, is killed by the Fixer after he refuses to throw a fight. Matt designs a costume and a billy club (from his cane) and takes his derogatory childhood nickname "Daredevil." DD tracks down the Fixer and the man who shot his father.
