One of the letters mentions the coloring of issue #154, the answer is that "the coloring is handled by crack DC coloring freelancers under the supervision of Jack Adler. In particular, The Losers is handled by Jerry Serpe, who also colors Jack Kirby on Kamandi, Omac and Justice Inc."
