Synopsis: Mad doctor Karlheinz Speer kidnaps scientists who earlier spurned him and turns them into reptile men, believing they will start a new race which will survive an inevitable nuclear holocaust. Operating on the Brute, he is able to control his mind so that he must do Speer’s bidding. On a tip from Chief Frazier, Dr. Turner arrives at Speer’s laboratory to try to free the Brute from Speer’s control.
