While the Who's Who doesn't indicate that Moreira did pencils on this feature, Busy Arnold in a 1972 interview states that he did some early pencils on the Kid Eternity material, and his inker was probably Elgin. Moldoff did the interior story for sure.

Stormy creates a new version of his super-vitamin formula that is five times stronger than the original, and it is stolen and used by a crook. However, the crook's heart couldn't stand the strain and he died. However, the co-horts of the crook used the formula and gave the Great Defender a run for his money before his cunning overcame them.
