However, as was usually the case in the early years of Skorpio, the cover art was composed from images in one of the interior stories, in this case the "Serie fantasy" feature story. This story is signed "A. Grassi Khato" where "Khato" would be Enrique Eduardo Campdepadros (https://bearalley.blogspot.com/2012/10/commando-artists.html and https://noicrocieristi.freeforumzone.com/mobile/d/11660465/Skorpio-anno-II-1978/discussione.aspx?p=6).

From time to time, David Roach points out where an auction site incorrectly identifies the artist on some of the original artwork (https://www.facebook.com/david.roach.180). Perhaps that is the case here. It would be an easy mistake to make. Olivera often drew stories for the "Serie fantasy" feature, but other artists were involved as well (as in this issue).
