Kid Colt is in a bank when the Durado Gang rob it and force him to accompany them as a hostage. Durado tries to force Colt into joining them, but he refuses so they knock him out and tie him to his horse for their next stage robbery. However, Colt comes to in time to defeat the gang and depart, not realizing the governor on the stage could have pardoned him.

To save Lightning, Dawson and Whirlwind quickly defeat the gang before the dynamite can be lit.
