Mighty Mouse; The Witch-Cat; lots of Halloween party-attending mice
Every dog may have its day but every cat has its night... Heh-heh!
Mighty Mouse attends a mouse Halloween party in disguise because "It's fun to be an ordinary mouse for a while [and] no one will know who I am." A Witch-Cat plans to disrupt the party and make off with the mice. In a twist to the many stories where Mighty Mouse is disguised and reveals his identity when trouble begins, the Witch-Cat knows that this one particular costumed mouse is really Mighty Mouse and comes prepared with a strength-sapping poison apple.

At police headquarters in Terrytown we find the champion of justice conferring with the chief of police.
The Claw has his spies obtain Mighty Mouse's autograph, which the villain uses to trick Mitzi into a trap. Once in captivity, Mitzi is forced to sing (as "The Masked Beauty") at Shanghai Jake's waterfront dive, packing in many love-starved sailor mice - who are dropped through a trap door and into the Claw Gang's hungry clutches.
