With the Leader dead, the Hulk uses the Watcher's ultimate machine on himself and its only effect is to let him know that Rick has once again been captured by the military so they can learn the connection between Bruce Banner and the Hulk. Leaping to the rescue, Hulk is zapped by the t-gun which propels him into the future.
