New York's famous East Village -- wrapped in the mantle of darkness!
Judah Tallow, wheelchair-bound proprietor of a wax museum devoted to sorcery and the occult, kidnaps the amnesiac Dalia (a long-preserved queen of an ancient realm of sorcery), intending to restore her so that she may lead an army of sorcerers to conquer the modern world.
