Ad for Popsicle frozen treats. The upper half of the page contains the Major Mars strip, while the lower half shows "thrilling gifts" you can get by sending-in Popsicle bags and a small amount of cash. The two halves of the page seemingly have nothing to do with one another. The Major Mars strip does not mention Popsicle, and the Popsicle portion of the page does not mention Major Mars (save for his image on an offered "Free Giant Gift List") - giving the impression of two distinctly disjointed half-pages.
