Hey! There's a dog stealing dog biscuits! We must punish him!
Dollar has a bad dream where he eats a lot of dog biscuits in a factory and he gets so fat he can't escape through a door after the owner of the factor decides to punish the dog. After Dollar wakes up, Richie offers Dollar some dog food, but Dollar turns it down due to fear of his dream becoming reality.

Richie and Cadbury put their new found devices to the test and try it on a prospective crook. In the end, it was revealed that the so-called crook was actually Mr. Rich disguised as a crook.

On a beach, Dollar develops a crush on a female poodle, but a bulldog attempts to take the girl away from Dollar. However, the poodle snaps and acts aggressive towards the bulldog, and the bulldog is surprised that the poodle is more agressive than the poodle is.

Reggie plans to play pranks at a party his mother is giving for some children, but Richie wants to teach him a lesson by having Cadbury dress as an elderly lady who claims that Reggie is seeking a library person, but Reggie caught on to the tactic already. The lady is not scared at Reggie's pranks, but scares Reggie in return every time. Reggie decides to forgo his attendance at the children's party after he got scared by a spider and later a monster in return. Reggie fired the lady, who then revealed her true identity - she was Cadbury in disguise.
