Richie senses something fishy about Von Hammer, so Richie uses an intercom to listen in on the man's conversation with Mr. Rich. It turns out that a robbery is being plotted, and Richie and Cadbury decide to head to West Germany to hunt down what they suspect to be their most dangerous enemy, the Condor - who is holding the real Von Hammer hostage.

The Condor's Plot

The Condor's plot is discovered by Richie, and the villain's henchmen are using a drilling vehicle called the "mole" and is designed to access a massive fortune that is kept underground. Richie and Cadbury catch the bad guys and stun them by using ray guns, but despite best efforts the two get kidnapped and are taken to see the Condor, who reveals he will have greater power and rule the world as the "mole" does its job.

Mrs. Polka orders Dot to paint the fance, and demands that she does not paint dots. But Dot's dot obsession gets the better of her and decides to think of dots as "spots". Mrs. Polka is so angry after Dot disobeys her mother's orders and also made a mess on the grass at the same time. Dot is ordered to paint the grass green again - which she does, and as usual she paints tiny dots on each grass blade.
