Part 1 of 2. Continues into "Jailyard Stomp".

This story's title is not to be confused with Ingrid Bergmann's misquoted line from the film "Casablanca" nor the 1972 Woody Allen film of the same name.

Mr. Van Dough's first name is Edgar in this story. Previously, in "From Richie to Rags", his first name was Percy. This might imply that these stories had different writers at the time of initial publication, before he was given the official name Reginald, Sr. by the mid-1970s.
