Notes: Sis is reading an Archie comic book on page 3 and plugs Archie, Pep, Wilbur, and Laugh Comics. Sis uses the "pickle in the middle and the mustard on top" catch phrase from Mr. Kitzel, a character on the Jack Benny radio program.
The splash panel has a large logo and Katy in a red gown with an all-black background and looks much like a Spirit splash panel, particularly the January 19, 1947 edition.
