Disclose Notes: Indexer of original story (in Famous Crimes 6) points out the "M Fass" signature in a panel on page two of the story. This signature has been erased in the reprint here. Without this original attribution, I'd have guessed Walter Johnson as the artist, as many panels bear evidence of his art style, especially the thick-line inking (see page 4 for an example, this looks like 100% Johnson). Different styles appear in different stories credited to Fass, suggesting he may have farmed out art to others.
