Notes:
Cover credits per Batman: The Dark Knight Archives (DC, 1992 hardcover series) #3 (August 2000). Jerry Robinson confirmed to Arnie Grieves on June 17, 2007, that he penciled and inked the cover.
Fred Ray, who disputed much of what Jerry Robinson claims to have done that was actually Ray's work, gave a listing of his comic credits to friend Jack Burnley in 2003, and this listing was given to Roy Thomas. It was subsequently printed in Alter-Ego #25 (June, 2003), and in it, Ray verifies that he penciled the cover and Robinson inked it to Batman #11. Ray was able to make such verifications of all of his work because he, like Jack Burnley, tore the covers off every comic magazine that they did the cover to and kept them for posterity sake.
