Synopsis: General Rey fights Bludd, Armada, and Alexander in Turkey and Borovia, before he is called to Washington. Action Man is shot in Figi. Duke reveals the new team line-up. He puts Flint in charge, and leaves for Washington. He meets with the the jugglers, threatening to blackmail them, and is taken into custody. Scarlett and Storm Shadow free him and Snake Eyes. Jaye, Lifeline, and Stalker meet visit Cobra Commander (who is really Zartan). Destro tries to activate the Tempest, but can't without the correct handprint. Mindbender plans with Zartan (really the Commander) and Zandar.
