There was a printing error where this was printed on the wrong type of paper that resulted in a lot of copies with smudged pages. Some copies were sent to retailers before the problem was identified. Image immediately destroyed all the unshipped copies and issued a recall to the retailers that were sent copies and asked any customers that purchased it to return it to the store and exchange it for a correctly printed copy. It is unknown how many copies were not returned by customers or retailers and still exist.
