Notes: The cover artist is Richard Martin Fletcher (who does the "Jim Ellis" feature), not Richard E. Fletcher. Richard E. Fletcher later worked on the "Dick Tracy" comic strip, but it is just a coincidence that Dick Tracy appears on this cover by the "other" Richard (Dick) Fletcher. It is also possible that Fletcher didn't draw the actual Dick Tracy figure, but the rest of the cover is clearly his work.
