Synopsis:
The story's artist decides to have Ginch pick on Pennygrabber for a change, but the artist's boss, Mr. Terry, tells him to stick to the formula if he wants to keep his job. To get around this edict, although the artist returns the characters to their standard roles of dimwit and bully, he throws in the added twist that Ginch's stupidity is the thing that makes him come out on top.
