The cover indicates a Suicide Squad story entitled "My Enemy is 100 Million Years Old!", however no such story appears inside. It is unclear if the story "The Million Dollar Medal!" is supposed to be that Suicide Squad story with a different title. No mention of the Squad is made in this story. If any character is a member of the Squad, it is presumably Tim Granger.
