In an interview with Al Williamson in The Art Of Al Williamson #[nn] (1983) he states that he did layouts for this job and intended to do the finished art, but something came up, and he handed off the job to his friend, Reed Crandall.

Possible McWilliams inks per original indexer. He is not mentioned in the aforementioned book.
