Synopsis:
Raleigh meets a young spitfire named Valerie Ransome who comes into the D.A.'s office to seek help in regards to a stolen car that she had bought. Rick didn't hesitate to involve her in the case, including physically, as she wades into the crooks herself, fists swinging.

The Who's Who indicates that Toni Blum wrote this feature in 1941-42.
Artist verification for Williams by the Who's Who. The strip was signed B. H. Apiary, which is a by-line on the strip and not a real person.
In the last few adventures of the Red Bee, a brunette girl, similar to Valerie, but never named as such. She ostensibly became "Nancy", mentioned in the splash in issue #20, but never seen in the story.
