Notes:
In the final battle against Zoom, the older Wally defeats Zoom by using temporal energies against him in the Speed Force. As a result of their confrontation, the connection between the Speed Force and Hypertime is broken, which means that no speedster can travel through time anymore, even with the help of a cosmic treadmill. Commander Cold is stranded in the present because of this, unable to return to the 25th Century.
The mystery 25th Century prisoner is later revealed to be Paradox in The Flash (DC, 2016 series) #88.
