I.D.I.C. stands for Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations, a core tenet of Vulcan philosophy that asserts that there are many possible variations in the universe.
Captain Jane Tiberia Kirk and the female Lt. Commander Spock, from an alternate universe where everyone is the opposite gender of their counterparts in the main Star Trek universe, were previously seen in Star Trek (IDW, 2011 series) #29-30.
