Konga escapes the nuclear destruction of his island in the previous issue by diving into the Ocean. However he takes a small hit of radiation and shrinks to normal sized as he comes ashore on another island. He's then attacked by a group of gorillas, but defeats their leader becoming their king. Soon a hunter arrives and captures Konga and sells him to a showman as the radiation wears off and Konga grows giant again. After being exhibited around the world as an attraction, he escapes, runs amok through London and is presumed destroyed by an aircraft bombardment of depth charges.
