Synopsis: Thinking Dr. Skull dead, but bewildered by the fact that Skull's body has not been found, Blazer contacts Dr. Morgan by Visophone, who introduces him to his niece. Just then, the image is disrupted and screams are heard. Blazer sets out for Washington to save him, but discovers an invading forces dropping bombs on the Capitol, and seeks to deal with them while Skull captures the doctor and niece, and his Heat Control formula. Blazer manages to save them and Skull apparently dies.

Bob deals with Nazi agents on the scene and captures their target indicator, which directs these deadly masses. Following up several leads, the Terror and Tim track down the evil genius and followers, destroying them and their weapon of destruction.
