Table of contents, includes illustration from Action Comics #32.

The Table of Contents is off by one page for every issue, starting with the first story in the collection from Action #32. The foreword, which was reprinted from Superman Archives #4, was 4 pages in its original printing, but was reprinted here using a smaller font and only needed 3 pages. It appears that the Table of Contents was done assuming the foreword was 4 pages instead of 3, resulting in everything after that being off by one page.
