Gulp! It happens every time! A storm in the mountains brings a flash flood rushing down on us!
During a torrential rainstorm, a small shack is washed down from the mountains by a flash flood and into the gully where Wuff and Sammy live. Under desert law, the pair decide to claim the deserted dwelling and move into it, rather than continue living underground. Little do they know that, before the storm caused the shack's change-of-address, it was the hideout of the bandit Grubby Rat... who has just found his "mobile" home and is ready to move back in.

The King and neighboring King Friendly also fall prey to this compulsion - gaining interest when refused and losing interest when given permission.
