First Line: Man, some Christmas this is gonna be!

Synopsis: Marla unveils her new Spider-Slayer robot to Jonah. Spider-Man spends Christmas battling Stegron who uses a Retro-Generation Ray to restore the dinosaur skeletons he stole in the previous issue with flesh bringing them back to life. While Spider-man battles the dinosaurs (a Tyrannosaurus Rex, Brontosaurus, Triceratops, and Stegosaurus) in Manhattan during a snow storm, Curt Connors reverses the process reducing the dinosaurs to skeletons. Spider-Man rescues Billy Connors as Stegron flees. Stegron falls through the ice of a frozen river and disappears.

Notes: Spider-man refers to the dinosaurs as the "Godzilla Gang" and "Gorgo and Company". Stegron would ride on the Tyrannosaurs' back as a mount.

Earlier in the story, Spider-Man had cured Curt Connors during a threeway battle between him, the Lizard, and Stegron, by web shooting the antidote to the Lizard affliction into his mouth.
