Wuff and Sammy welcome him and are delighted to find that Senor Raton will spend money to improve the community - if he deems it to be safe enough. One problem is the bandit The Armadillo Kid, who is also delighted at the prospect of a new wealthy resident - and can easily make the community unsafe.
