Synopsis: As Namor and Dorma return to Atlantis from Dragorr's island, they come across an underwater city built by surface men; Namor bristles at the invaders and has words with the city's founder and creator, Dr. Walter Newell; As the two men parlay, the Plunderer shows up in a powerful sub and punches a hole in the dome that covers the city; Namor confronts the Plunderer but is forced to leave the villain as he sees that Dorma is in trouble; While Namor and Newell rescue Dorma and the inhabitants of the city, the Plunderer loots the ruins of the collapsed dome and takes off.
