Synopsis:
When Dan Spencer looks panicked and runs, Sheriff Murray investigates. He finds Tommy Spencer dead with his had cut off. As Dan fought with his brother, he fears he will be blamed and goes to Gringo for help. Syd convinces him to deal with the problem directly. It doesn't go well in court, particularly because Tommy's axe is missing. Dan's girlfriend gives Syd the axe, found by her father. In an altercation over the axe, a samurai from the local fair defends Syd, who soon links the Samurai to the murder. The Samurai had killed Tommy in revenge for the death of his brother.
