They find Rackett talking to her, and Toughy says she keeps the prize money of $5,000 in her office safe. The lads change into their crime-fighting costumes, prepared for action. In fact, he claims to have gone straight and is only asking her about the artwork of his son Murgatroyd.

She calls Terry in a panic, but he points out that the lock is so intricate that no one could open it. He then tricks the thieves into believing they have stolen the wrong box, and when they try to get the 'real one' Mr. Terrific is there to sort them out.
