Actually a text article, short introduction article to the rise in Superman's popularity. Includes three photographs: one of kids and vendor around a newsstand, and pictures of Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster at work. An issue of Action Comics is shown on the newsstand. It appears to be issue #18, which was the final issue before Superman became the regular cover feature. Shuster appears to be working on the first page from the second story in Superman #4, which is the second appearance of Luthor.
