Maizie (always thinks of others is why all love her) lassos boat with clothesline, saves all, welcomes party-crasher Mr. Meenie, refreshment to all as much as you want. Mr. Meenie changes heart, Raggedys dub him Mr. Teenie, which he reveals was his name before he became mean from isolation, and they become friends.

They will soon starve. Oswald takes Toby, confront Miller Wolf, who tosses them in with two squirrels trapped in a tread-wheel to power the mill. Toby facilitates escape for all, they push Wolf and lock him in the tread-wheel, all receive their fair amount of flour. Oswald and Toby would like to stay with their new friends, but still have a lot of world to see.
