Disclose Notes: Roger Hill discovered that in an issue of Army Laffs (Prize, 1941 Series), probably v1#1 (February 1941), a full-page Harry ‘A’ Chesler promotional house advertisement reproducing a large black and white image of this issue's cover. On that cover, the signature "Ricca" appears at the bottom which got cut off when it was printed.
