Synopsis: Once the members of the JSA regroup after their personal journeys, the Spectre returns to check on their progress. But Nabu convinces Hector that this Spectre is an imposter and Legacy reveals himself. Legacy reunites the newer members with the veteran JSAers and feeds off the psychic energy caused by all of their emotional turmoil, but Hawkgirl puts the Helm of Nabu on the real Spectre, who turns the JSA's psychic energy against Legacy, revealing that Legacy is actually the Wizard. The JSA attempts to subdue the Wizard until the Spectre sends him to Purgatory to face his own regrets and sins.
