Later, when the remaining JSAers gather, they are surprised by a visit from the Spectre who warns them that Legacy can exploit their emotional weaknesses and that all of them need to make peace with their pasts. But when the Spectre leaves, it is revealed that he is really Legacy and that he holds not only the veteran JSAers captive, but also the real Spectre.
